I'm back to work in the studio again, getting a head start on spring orders.
This is where I'm spending most of my days, working away while listening to CBC radio.
Behind that little bench/table to the left is my pottery wheel and the kiln is the large ufo-like thing on the right. It is a tiny studio so I |
I'm posting a couple of shots from my studio...because frankly my house with the dog hair and dust is not currently blog worthy. Oh if I could only have a wife (male or female) to keep the house in order and cook lovely meals for us while I'm working...sigh.
I've got this Kale + Sausage soup made for supper tonight but I'm still waiting for someone to come over and vacuum and dust. |
Your studio is awesome, what a cool place to work. Where do you sell your pottery?
ReplyDeleteI sell it a a few shops in Atlantic Canada, Toronto and Boston. I plan to get an Etsy shop set up...soon.
DeleteI wish I could make pottery like that! I love those mugs!
ReplyDeleteJust hop on a plane and come for a pottery lesson...no problem...eh?
DeleteLOVE your studio and am still hoping to one day own a piece of your art {ahem, Esty shop, hint hint}. I am a lover of all things soup, but have never made anything with kale. Embarrassed to say, I don't even know what it looks like. But thinking I need to find out and make that yummy looking soup.
ReplyDeleteThe soup was yummy, kale is curly, green and quite beautiful, I had to buy an enormous bunch and still have lots left. I heard you can put it in fruit smoothies...but I'm not convinced. I will let you know when the Etsy shop is up and running.
